Use e-Collect as your competitive advantage. e-Collect offers the most streamlined and sensible bank products in the industry. The total price to the customer is dependent on how the taxpayer would like their refund proceeds disbursed to them: Card, Check or Direct Deposit.

The e-Collect system will set up a bank account for your customer and will receive the refund via direct deposit from the IRS or state. We make it easy for you to collect your fees whether the return is paper filed or e-filed.

As soon as the IRS or state issues the refund, your tax prep fees will be sent via direct deposit into the bank account that you tell us to send it to.

The remaining refund will be distributed in one of three ways:

- E1 Visa® Prepaid Card provided by you at your office at time of tax preparation

- Direct Deposit to the customer's existing bank account

- Check printed in your offices for the customer

Total e-Collect price to the customer:

- E1 Card - $5

- Direct Deposit - $10 and $5 additional one-time fee to add on states

- Check - $20 and $10 additional one-time fee to add on states

Choose from:

e-Collect Basic – Perfect for those offices who do not want to deal with check or card stock, but still want to offer their customers a way to pay them out of their refund.

e-Collect Deluxe – Deluxe is for those offices that want to offer the direct deposit and check disbursements, but may not want to deal with card stock.

e-Collect Elite – Elite utilizes all disbursement options - card, direct deposit and check.

You will see 5 simple steps to complete.
Please do not enter any symbols, dots or commas on the street address.



Once you finish your application at EPS Financial, you will receive an e-mail confirmation back.
Then you must click on the little link at the right top corner of EPS Financial Home Page or just go to the link shown to the right of the picture.		https://www.epsfinancial.net/Register.aspx
Enter your EFIN and your zip code.
Answer your security question.
Select a user name and a password.
Please make sure to complete the online training. You are not able to use EPS products until you complete your compliance training.

After that You will be set up to start using EPS bank products when you prepare your tax return through Taxsoftware.com.
